Students Act Now, a Norfolk-based non-profit run by college students, is holding a fundraising event to collect young adult and children's books addressing topics such as mental health awareness, LGBTQ+ rights, racial equality, and religious freedom. These books will be distributed to local domestic violence shelters, before- and after-school programs, and classrooms. The organization emphasizes the importance of diverse perspectives.

  Tickets are available for purchase, with proceeds benefiting the book donation program. The Ghent will also contribute a portion of its food sales to the cause.

The event will feature live music on the rooftop by Connor Pittman, Rori Slaughter, After the Foxes, and Kadence G.
